Walmart Colonial, Va., February 19, 2021 – Walmart’s Colonial Heights, a luxury hotel, is a new resort for the company’s new Colonial theme park in the Virginia countryside, which opened this week.
The resort will be built with $1.8 billion in federal stimulus funds.
The project will bring 2,200 jobs to the town, which has a population of 1,500.
It is located about 25 miles east of Fredericksburg and about 30 miles south of Washington, D.C. It opened on January 26.
The company said the resort will feature a resort town, dining, shopping, resort accommodations and lodging, and leisure and hospitality.
It will also feature restaurants, entertainment, and a spa.
The new Colonial High is the company the world’s largest producer of vacation rentals.
It also owns and operates the Colonial Inn, which is also on the site.
In addition, it owns and runs the Colonial Park, a large park that will be open for the first time this year.
Walmart is a major provider of vacation accommodations in the U.S. with a presence in more than 90 countries.
The hotel, which will include a golf course and spa, has been a popular choice for corporate executives and other guests since it opened in 2010.
The Colonial Heights is expected to open in 2020.
It comes as a surprise that the resort would open in 2019 when the state’s new tourism tax is set to go into effect, according to the Associated Press.
The state Department of Economic Development said it will start collecting the hotel tax in 2020, meaning the hotel is expected open in 2021.
The department said it expects the resort to create thousands of jobs for its residents.
The agency said it was expecting to have a “very robust economy” and a $1 billion budget for the resort.
The first guests will be expected to arrive in 2019, and the first guests who arrive in 2021 will be paid $2,000 per day, according the AP.
