A little more than a year ago, when the Canadian pizza chain Colby’s announced it would be opening a new store in Montreal, I was thrilled.
The Canadian pizza market was booming.
With all the attention Colby was getting for its new Montreal store, it was inevitable that there would be a lot of buzz around it.
But, like the rest of Canada, Montreal was in a period of slow growth, and Colby didn’t exactly have the best track record when it came to making money in the country.
It had only opened two stores in its entire history, and its sales had been in the red for more than five years.
Colby seemed like a perfect fit for a small, fast-casual-dining chain, and I was pretty sure that the new store would have a huge impact on Montreal’s pizza scene.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure it would have made a difference.
The new Colby, however, did have a few surprises.
The new Colbys store was a lot less intimidating than the one I had expected.
It was a big, open space in a busy Montreal neighbourhood, and the food was definitely a hit.
But it was only open for a couple of weeks, and since it was so small, the restaurant staff was overwhelmed and could barely serve their customers.
Colbys new store was also a lot more functional than the smaller store that I had previously seen.
Colas new menu was pretty much the same as the one that had appeared in the previous year.
Instead of an extensive menu, Colbys menu is pretty much identical to what it had been since 2013.
There are the usual Colby-branded pizzas like the one we saw at the store opening earlier that year, but there are also salads, soups, sandwiches, and more.
I didn’t expect Colbys pizza to be so big and bold, but I was pleasantly surprised.
For the most part, Colbys pizza was a nice, simple, medium-sized slice of meat and cheese, with a decent amount of toppings.
It is still not the best pizza in the world, but it was certainly on par with other chains.
The pizza was fresh, and it was well-done.
It has a good crust and a nice cheese.
The pepperoni was just a little bit too soft, but that’s to be expected for a large pizza.
In Montreal, the Colbys Pizza menu is not only available for a limited time, but you can get it in a variety of flavours and sizes, as well as some other new dishes like fries and chicken.
Colours new pizza is available in all of the Colby locations, but the ones in Montreal and Gatineau will have the most value, at least for now.
The prices are not very high, but they are a good price for a slice of bread, which is what we’ll be looking for.
But it’s not just the new Colbies menu that is exciting.
The restaurant’s new menu also has a few new dishes that are definitely worth a look.
This salad, a combination of chicken and tomato, is not your typical salad, but if you like your salads sweet and creamy, you might enjoy this one.
The tomato and chicken in the salad is what makes it different from other salads.
It’s a little sweet and salty, but is balanced by the fresh and crunchy chicken.
My favourites were the potato salad and the chicken-and-cheese salad.
The potato salad was a good combination of sweet and spicy, with lots of potato and plenty of sauce.
The chicken and cheese is another way to spice up a salad.
It makes it a lot easier to keep things fresh, so you can eat a salad without having to worry about the greasy feeling that comes from too many greasy foods.
It does take a little getting used to, but once you get used to it, it’s definitely worth it.
The other new dish that I really enjoyed was the chicken salad, which had a lot going for it.
It starts off with a fresh chicken, which gives it a great texture.
But then, the dressing comes along to really help it along.
It adds a great layer of flavour to the chicken, making it a delicious way to add some extra kick to your salad.
When it comes to the colby’s new menus, the food is very consistent, but sometimes it seems like there are too many choices.
I think that Colbys goal was to be more focused on the flavour of their menu, and this is exactly what they accomplished.
Colbys new menu is a bit more of a hybrid of the old and new, and you can see that on the menu at the beginning of the year.
There is a lot to like about the old menu, especially the salad.
